Owen Hjerpe's musical journey began with piano lessons in childhood, followed by immersion in his middle school band where his love for instrumental music flourished. Influenced by video game soundtracks and jazz, he now channels his passion as a saxophonist in the alternative rock band Peech. His solo work merges math rock, orchestral elements, synths, and saxophone, driven by his knack for developing small musical ideas into intricate compositions, reflecting his diverse inspirations and unwavering dedication to his craft.
